The spinal cord shows most of the spinal nerves. Note that the spinal cord changes size in the following regions: Cervical; Thoracic; Lumbar; Sacral
Identify the following nerves on the specimen: Cervical spinal nerves
Brachial plexus with the three major nerves to the thoracic limb - the radial nerve, the median nerve and the ulnar nerve.
Thoracic spinal nerves which supply each of the ribs
Lumbar spinal nerves
Sacral spinal nerves

The lumbar and sacral nerves form the lumbosacral plexus which provides the major nerves to the pelvic limb, including: Femoral nerve; Sciatic nerve; Common peroneal nerve; Tibial nerve. The coxigeal nerve innervates the tail.
