Structure List
Right lung
Left lung
Ventral view

These canine lungs were inflated and dried with air. Use them to identify lung lobes and surfaces. Where does the diaphragm sit? Which parts are near the rib cage? Where is the space for the heart?

The right lung of the dog has four lobes: cranial, middle, caudal, and accessory. The accessory lobe can be seen in a ventral view.
