New! Chinese zodiac information. Do you have friends interested in learning beginning Chinese language over the summer? We are offering a new intensive program, equivalent to Chinese 1, 2, and 3. Please tell them to see this flyer. Here is a link to the tutoring schedule in Sproul 316. I will be updating the schedule as it changes over the first few weeks of the term. You may go to the tutor without an appointment any time that a tutor is scheduled. Welcome to the third quarter of beginning Chinese language at UC Davis. Check out the syllabus to see how the course is set up. The calendar shows the major outline of the course. To see the lesson-by-lesson assignments, view the preparation guide to find out what you need to do each day. Please note that assignments will be posted just prior to the start of each lesson. If it is necessary to make adjustments after assignments have been posted, I will make an announcement in class as well as update the page.
