Goals

Process

1. Consultant and instructor decide on desired information, and schedule the class visit.
   
2. Class interview is conducted in absence of instructor.
   
3. Interviewer provides findings to instructor, in most cases before the next class meeting. They discuss responses to obtained information.
   
4. In-class followup: Instructor provides students with information from the class interview, obtaining clarification or elaboration, as desired.
