Dreamweaver Coursebuilder is an extension to the Macromedia Dreamweaver web site authoring suite that allows you to create all sorts of interactive exercises. example
Hot Potatoes - free for academic use. Create crosswords, multiple choice, fill in, etc. example
3. WebCT and Blackboard both offer fully functional quiz and survey tools.
The Davis campus does not host either of these solutions, however, each is available directly from the company on a fee-per-class basis.
