Assigning proxy for MyUCDavis

1. Go to http://my.ucdavis.edu

2. Login

3. Click My Classes tab and click Administration

4. Click Proxy Course Mgt (add a TA)

5. Click Add under the desired course

6. Enter the UCDavis email address for the person you are adding

7. Choose level of access

Website Builder allows them to post, edit, or delete information on the website
Gradebook Design allows them to add, edit, or delete assignments in the gradebook
Gradebook Grade allows them to enter grades, but not edit the assignments
Communication Tools allows them to create, edit, or delete chat rooms and discussion boards
Administration allows them to view the website stats

8. Click UPDATE

NOTE: A proxy will never be allowed to:

add students to the class
post final grades to the registrar
grant additional proxy privileges
